SPCA Cupcake Day "Fight Against Animal Cruelty"

SPCA Cupcake Day is Monday August 24. But lets start raising money now! As a big supporter of the SPCA Im donating all proceeds to the charity.

I will be making cupcakes at $5 each, mini cakes for $20, Chocolates and Bear Brownies at $2ea

Its been a very busy past couple of days with cupcakes coming out of my ears... Late nights and early starts.

I have had alot of donations coming in which has been great, and took a bunch to work which were all gone by the end of the day! Just been back to work to catch new crew starting there trips and to get in more donations.

I have made Peppermint Mocha, Red Velvet and Banoffee flavoured Cupcakes with Vanilla swiss butter cream, cream cheese icing and salted caramel cream cheese icing.

The Mini cakes i made were white chocolate mudcake covered in white chocoalte ganache and flourless chocolate cake injected with vanilla swiss butter cream and drizzled with salted caramel sauce.

The chocolate flavours have ranged from vanilla to butterscotch, peanut butter and birthday cake flavour.

Addition 24 August: Have drummed up a few more donations for this amazing cause and soo close to target now, will hopefully be over target by tomorrow, as today is cupcake day

Addition 5 September: I am completely blown away with all the donations that came in, completely surpassed my original goal. Final total I raised $1,220 for the SPCA, and absolutely floored that for a while there i was the top fundraiser in New Zealand. Not something I was even dearing to acheieve, but happy with the result and thankful to all those who donated. Amazing!
